Rodney K. Rogers
Rodney K. Rogers’ career began in 1978 working on a survey crew and as a draftsman for his father’s civil engineering firm. He became a licensed land surveyor in 1992 and directed all survey operations, while also assisting in the design and permitting of multiple civil engineering projects. Rodney soon became the lead designer and representative of the company, building long-standing relationships with local developers, business franchises and governmental agencies.
His experience includes major land surveys for the Florida Department of Natural Resources, complex sovereign land boundary surveys, and major highway construction surveys. He has also designed and permitted several residential and commercial subdivisions, business and industrial site developments, municipal & school sites, and roadway/highway projects. Since becoming the owner of the firm in 2013, he is responsible for all business operations, as well as maintaining the high quality of work and personal attention to our clients. Rodney is very proud of the outstanding reputation the firm has in the community, the family atmosphere with the employees, and the quality of service the firm provides.
Carol Rogers is our bookkeeper who takes care of all our accounts receivable and human resources.
Melinda Clemons is our Office Manager and is responsible for the coordination of all company operations. She provides our clients with personal attention to their projects and is knowledgeable of all aspects of the business. Melinda assists with all project submittals, project permitting and construction administration. She is in charge of our research of data, record keeping, invoicing, and proposals. Melinda is the friendly point of contact for our clients and all governmental agencies.
John C. Dingman
John C. Dingman has been with our company for over thirty years and provides valuable stability to the productivity of the company. He is in charge of all project research, director of all CAD drafting services and coordinator of all surveying operations. John has established long lasting relationships with our clients, local contractors and governmental agencies. His knowledge of the latest in technology, together with a determined work ethic play a major role in the productivity of the company.
Kelle Boyer is a registered Professional Surveyor and Mapper with experience in all facets of land surveying. She is the lead designer of subdivisions and all types of land divisions Kelle’s personality and wisdom together make her a big asset to the company and our clients, and her knowledge of the latest CAD software keeps us up to date with the latest technology.
Rob Burr is the lead CAD technician and go-to guy for production. Rob’s talent, attention to detail and hard work ethic is invaluable in meeting deadlines and client’s satisfaction. Rob’s versatility allows him to assist every person in the firm as required to keep us on schedule and keep our clients satisfied. Most of all, Rob is our entertainment department.
Mason Mansfield is the supervisor and Lead Survey Crew Chief, and is in charge of all land surveying field procedures. Mason began his career with our firm 7 years ago on a survey crew. He quickly progressed within the company playing a key role in the implementation of new computer software and high tech survey instrumentation. His knowledge of land survey techniques and the ability to troubleshoot in the field have been an important asset to our company. Mason’s confidence, leadership and personality are unique traits for the often stressful field survey operations.
Justin Thompson is our second Survey Crew Chief and has excelled in every challenge that our very diverse types of surveying require. Justin’s leadership is a valuable asset to the productivity of our field survey operations. He is polite to clients but a boss to his crew.
